How Billdo works
Robinhood Chain · chain id 4663 · contract BilldoRecordBook
Real-world assets live in documents: term sheets, custody letters, invoices, leases. Billdo gives those documents a public, permanent index on Robinhood Chain without publishing the documents themselves. Each record says who claims what, about which file, and when. Readers decide how much to trust it by looking at the issuer and at the addresses that attested.
BilldoRecordBook is a single contract with no constructor arguments, no owner, no admin, no fee, no pause and no upgrade path. Nothing in it is payable, so it never holds funds. Address: 0x5a2bbE0EA296D7a136ed09e630e5ab7272616d68 (verified with npm run verify-deployment). Every write in the record book is a transaction from your own wallet.
| # | Function | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | setProfile(name, link) | Create or update your issuer profile. Name 1–64 bytes, link up to 120. |
| 2 | register(name, assetClass, jurisdiction, docHash) | Add a record under your profile. Name 1–80 bytes, jurisdiction up to 48, class 0–11, non-zero hash. Returns the record id. |
| 3 | attest(id, kind, note) | Attach your attestation to a live record you did not issue. Once per address per record; note up to 140 bytes. |
| 4 | withdrawAttestation(id) | Withdraw your own attestation. The withdrawal stays visible. |
| 5 | retire(id) | Issuer only. Marks the record retired, permanently. It stays readable. |
| 6 | getRecord / getRecords / recordsOf / recordsByDoc / getAttestations / profileOf | Free reads, paged at 50 per call. |
| 7 | chainBlock() | The Robinhood Chain block number (from the ArbSys precompile; block.number on this chain is the parent chain's block). Each record stores it as its creation block. |
Events: ProfileSet, RecordRegistered (indexed by id, issuer and document hash), RecordRetired, Attested, AttestationWithdrawn. Attestation kinds: 0 Reviewed the document, 1 Counterparty to the asset, 2 Custodian or agent statement, 3 Other note. The labels live on the site and can be renamed without touching the contract.
Billdo is an RWA record book on Robinhood Chain. Issuers publish a self-declared profile and asset records that point to a document by its SHA-256 hash; other addresses can attest to a record; anyone can read and check the book.
You connect an EVM wallet, publish an issuer profile, and register a record with a name, asset class, jurisdiction and the hash of one document. The hash is computed in your browser and the file is never uploaded. The record is written by your own wallet to the BilldoRecordBook contract, which has no owner, no fee and holds no funds. The contract is live, so every write is a real transaction from your wallet.
No. Every profile, record and attestation is self-reported by the address that wrote it. Billdo shows who wrote what and when. Identity checks through a verification partner are planned and will be labelled live only when they run.
No. $BILLDO is a utility token. It does not represent ownership of Treasury bills, pays no interest or yield, and gives no claim on any asset. Tokenising securities needs a legal structure, an issuer, a custodian, regulatory compliance and real proof of assets; none of that is part of $BILLDO.
From the U.S. Treasury's public Fiscal Data API (Treasury securities auctions data), read by this site's server and refreshed hourly. They are public market data shown for reference: not a Billdo product and not an offer.
$BILLDO has not launched yet. The contract address will be posted on the token page and on @billdo; until then, any address claiming to be $BILLDO is not ours.
Robinhood Chain mainnet, chain id 4663, with ETH for gas. The site adds the network to your wallet when you connect.
That a given address published a given name, class, jurisdiction and document hash at a given block, and whether it later retired the record. Anyone holding the same file can recompute its hash and find the record. It does not prove that the asset exists, that the issuer is who it says, or that the document is genuine.
Self-reported records can be false or misleading; read attestations by who made them, not by how many there are. Anything written on chain is public and permanent, so never put personal data in a name or note. Smart contracts can have bugs. $BILLDO can lose all of its value. Nothing on this site is financial advice.

$BILLDO is a utility token. It is not a security, not a Treasury bill and not a share in any fund; it pays no interest or yield and gives no claim on any asset. Entries in the record book are self-reported by the address that wrote them: Billdo does not verify identities, documents or assets. Treasury figures are public market data from the U.S. Treasury, shown for reference only, not an offer. None of this is financial advice.
